How It Works
The Blueprint Project is a series of business programs designed to help entrepreneurs grow from level to level by completing a set of projects with support.
Phase 1: SPARK
Designed to help aspiring entrepreneurs:
Explore entrepreneurship as a real option
Identify a business idea they care about and can commit to.
Take the next step with a one page plan
Phase 2: Clarify
Designed to help entrepreneurs with new ideas:
Get clear on what they want to build and who it’s for
Map out how the business will make money and operate
Test the idea with real people before fully committing
Phase 3: Activate
Designed to help entrepreneurs move from idea to income by:
Turning goals into a step-by-step launch or growth plan with a budget
Making the business official with the right structure, licenses, and permits
Developing a sales plan to attract, convert, and keep customers.
Who Should Apply?
We’re looking for committed, driven, and ambitious early-stage entrepreneurs who:
Are 18 years and older
Have a a business idea or side hustle
Can demonstrate steps taken to start or grow their business.

Progress Playbook is a business training and service platform that designs customized experiences to help entrepreneurs start and grow businesses.
The Office of Neighborhood Safety (ONS) combines the efforts of the Mayor’s Action Plan for Neighborhood Safety (MAP), the Office to Prevent Gun Violence (OPGV), and Atlas to empower New Yorkers and work with them to pursue community-driven solutions to public safety.
